Are you producing in sheet?

We are a manufacturer that completely manufactures roll-to-roll (R2R). We can also cut down to sheet for sheet delivery, but we only work with materials that are supplied on reels.

Do you manufacture your own materials?

No, We can only work with materials that can be purchased on the market. But by combining different materials, we can create special material solutions.

What kind of printing methods do you offer?

We offer screen printing, Flexo printing, and digital printing.

We have a solution where we need some areas under the label to be partially siliconized. Can you help us?

We can siliconize in-house. This is a more expensive method, but it gives us the freedom to print the silicone precisely where it is needed. Any pattern can be printed.

We need a multilayer product where the adhesive has die cut channels. Can you provide this?

We can cut out channels in the adhesive, transfer adhesive, or double coat the adhesive. But we are dependent on how the tool can be manufactured.

We need a rigid plastic support on one side of our product. How thick can you convert and in what materials?

As the material we use must be supplied on reels, there will be limitations depending on the type of material. 250μ can be cut with most of the materials on the market such as PET, PMMA, Pc, PP, etc.

We have a request for different adhesives under the product, can this be done?

Yes, you can decide in what areas you need the different adhesives.

Can you develop new adhesives?

No. We do not manufacture materials, but we have an extensive network where we most often can find the material needed.

We have a product that has holes inside the product. We would like the liner to be without holes. Can you do this?

Yes. The products can have die cut holes with a complete liner, which gives it more durable dispensing properties.

We need a print mark on the liner for the thermal transfer printer registration. Can you do that?

Any print needed on the liner is possible. Another and cheaper solution would be to die cut a position mark.

What inline process controls do you have?

We have Vision system in all our converting machines. With this unit, we can continuously measure 100% of several measurements with a precision of +/- 0.05mm. This Vision system will also detect any printing issues. Therefore, we can guarantee that the specification can be fulfilled.

We have several ideas for solutions that we would like to test, but we would prefer not to buy die cut tools for all the different tests. How can you help us?

We can produce prototypes for verification in our R&D lab. To manufacture such prototypes, we do not need any tools. We do not know which adhesive will perform the best on our substrate. How can you help us? We have an adhesive force tester in our lab. So, if you provide us with the products, we can help you with test measurements.

We would like to do an aging test. Can you help us?

Aging testing cannot be performed under real-life circumstances. However, we have climatic chambers where we can accelerate and simulate testing. These test reports can be outsourced to us.

What quality standards do you work with?

We are ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified. If other requirements are needed that these systems do not support, we can develop special routines to meet these criteria.

We have a product that needs to be manufactured in a clean room, can you offer that?

Yes. We can produce products manufactured in ISO class 8 (100.000).

We need a liner that is colored in a particular color. What can you offer?

We can literally print anything on the backside of the liner, either fully printed or with a specific design.

What type of liners can you offer us?

As we can laminate materials on top of each other, we can also remove the liner supplied with the label stock material. Instead, we can add any other liner papers or polymers in almost any thickness.

We need a label with different adhesives under different areas. Can you help us?

Our state-of-the-art roll-to-roll production allows us to create unique labels with a unique performance. So, we can have partial adhesive under the label as well as different types of adhesives such as combining low tack and high tack.

We can literally print anything on the backside of the liner, either fully printed or with a specific design.

We need a product label that consists of many labels on top of each other that will be removed by customers in an order. Can you help us?

Yes. We can stack several printed or non-printed labels on top of each other. We can also siliconize between each layer.

What type of liners can you offer us?

As we can laminate materials on top of each other, we can also remove the liner supplied with the label stock material. Instead. we can add any other liner papers or polymers in almost any thickness.

We would like you to develop a medical product for us. Can you help?

A rather complex question. We need to do the development together with our customer, and the customer needs to know the technical specifications. We will be your engineering partner.

We need to develop a sensor. Do you offer this?

Yes. T together with the customer, we can develop sensors and conductive functions.

Do we need to have our product completely developed before reaching out to you for manufacturing?

The best way to utilize us is when you are in an early phase so we can develop your product together. Then the product can be engineered for the most effective production.

What is the quality responsibility for the products you manufacture?

As the customer, you “own” the product, as well as the performance and regulatory requirements. We are responsible  for manufacturing the product under strict medical requirements according to ISO 13485.

What type of conductive electrode do you offer?

For medical applications, Ag/AgCl is most common, but we can also provide etched solutions as well as graphite semiconductor print.

Do you have a limitation of how many prints you can apply on the product?

No. We do one print in each process and can repeat this an infinite number of times.

We have a conductive ink that needs to be cured for a significant time. How can this be processed on a R2R process?

We have heat curing ovens that are 45-60 meters (approx. 148-197 feet) long. So, we are getting good throughput with inks curing quite slow.

What curing methods do you use?

We use thermal curing, UV led curing, and UV curing.

We would like to have a graphic print on our product. What can you offer?

It is often possible to print on most of the medical materials on the market. But we need to use ink and graphics carefully so they do not interfere with material performance. Our product that needs to be encapsulated is not flat. Can you provide a 3D shape? We have many materials but not all can be heat formed. This depends on how deep the volume are.

What type of hydrogels can you offer?

We can either source roll material from the leading manufacturer or we can dispense liquid hydrogel. Our patch includes a molded plastic component. Can you integrate this with the product? Most wearables have components that are manufactured as a non-roll-to-roll (R2R) component. For example, we can assemble PCBs, batteries, molded plastics, etc.

We have a special material we have developed. Can you use that or do you need to source the material?

We can use any material and we do not need to source it. But if you need help choosing or would like advice about a selection, we can connect you with leading manufacturers.

Our product includes a hydrogel, what packing solutions can you offer?

We can offer a sealed pouch solution with Alu barrier or a blister solution where one side can be transparent and the other a multilayer including Alu barrier.

What print can you offer on the packing?

We can offer direct print or we can apply a label. This applies to pouch packs, blister packs, and the outer box.

We need a flexible electrode, what solutions can you offer?

We can supply direct screen printed Ag electrodes or etched electrodes.

Can you offer multilayer electrodes?

No. We can provide an electro layer on each side of  a substrate, but we cannot offer via holes.

Can the Flex be soldered?

We can do Flex PCBs from different raw material bases such as Pi, PEN, PET, etc. in contrast to the traditional PCB Flex industries that often only uses flex circuits based on Pi.

To assemble the Flex, we would like it to be delivered on a roll. What options do you have?

We can add PSA adhesive under the Flex on requested/needed areas. If no PSA adhesives are needed, we can deliver the Flex on a low tack liner, so the product can be dispensed like a label.

We do not know which adhesive will perform the best on our substrate. How can you help us?

We have an adhesive force tester in our lab. So, if you provide us with the products, we can help you with test measurements.
